I’m currently writing about classic cars and motorcycles, and preparing a third edition of my shortlisted book The World’s Business Cultures – and How to Unlock Them (with my co-author Barry Tomalin). In the car and motorcycle world, people want nostalgia from the fifties to the seventies, and I enjoy writing about the heroes of those wild times and the beautiful machines – Ferraris, Jaguars, Chevrolets, Triumphs and Harley-Davidsons – that they built and drove.

I specialize in the launch and development of media brands, and I’ve worked on some 40 media projects in the UK, the USA, Australia and France. I train journalists in writing and management techniques, and I’m a Visiting Lecturer in Journalism at De Montfort University, Leicester, England.

I’ve got three children, and I live in London. I’m fascinated by Latin America and its literature and music, and I enjoy cycling, dancing salsa (quite badly). I’m currently doing a course in Spanish and Latin American literature at the Instituto Cervantes in London; I speak fluent Spanish and French.
